Taking a back seat...
After 5 months of looking after Danielle 24/7, am now experiencing the joys of a real break with the arrival of my MIL. :)
She fusses and fawns over Danielle, bathes her, brings her to the potty, offers to cook dinner, amongst many other things...
Maaan, I'm starting to feel rather redundant but nevertheless, am enjoying myself - stretched out and reclined in the 'back seat'.
'Freedom' (limited tho' it still is) never tasted this sweet...
* Lochinvar had a Christmas party for the tots today so Danielle was dressed in her fairy dress again. Think it made my MIL real proud walking her to school. Thank God for the simple joys in life... :)

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww... am sure ur MIL misses her so much. We'd all be fawning over too if we were there. She is such a sweetheart.
Enjoy the rest but dun get too used to it haha coz u still will have to go back to regular MOM duties soon.

Say hi to your MIL for me and wish her a Merry X'mas. I had wanted to send her something for X'mas but was not sure if it could get to her in time.
