Santa Came Early

Santa came early this year. In fact, he arrived last nite. But instead of taking his usual route down the chimney, he calmly walked up our stairs, and into our living room.

As he unloaded his sack of goodies, I was dumbfounded. For Santa had brought us a very special gift.

And in an instance, it started to look, no FEEL, a lot more like Christmas...

Sure, it isn't a real fir tree, it doesn't don pretty lights or decorations, you could even call it a 'dwarf' amongst faux trees. But to me, this is the BEST Christmas tree we've ever had. For even though it lacked in size and sparkles, this tree brought with it a warmth no other tree could parallel.

The warmth of giving and receiving.
